I got this rub a couple of weeks ago at the recomendation of a friend, it far exceeded what he told me. When I got it I was anxious to try it but didnt have time to let it sit all night, so I just use it as a seasoning for some burgers, they were unbelievable. As you read this I have my ribs marinating over night, can't wait thanks chef for a great product
I finally got a chance to follow the chefs suggestion. I got 2 slabs of St. Louis style ribs, I used his rub on both sides then wrapped them tightly in saran wrap and let them sit over night. I then put them on my smoker low and slow, when they were done, I was more than pleased the carmelization, flavor, texture, unbelievable. these were by far the best ribs I have ever tasted and I eat ribs everywhere. I will never have to buy over priced ribs in bbq restaraunts again, I can't wait to try this rub on chicken, pork steaks, and brisket, thanks so much chef, very seldom does a product live up to its hype but yours exceeds it
Used this rub for smoked St Louis Ribs. Just the right amount of sugar made these come out great.
