    Butterflied leg of lamb

    Used as a rub day before than grilled to medium temp. Let sit for 20 min and slice thin. The best.

    Aegean Fish Tacos

    Simple prep; add enough to of this seasoning to Greek yogurt in the place of sour cream. Fish (I used sheepshead) lightly floured with the Cajun seasoning and pan fried. Garnish with the Greek yogurt, cucumber, tomato, finely chopped broccoli, red onion and any other fresh veggies you want (I added yellow squash from my garden). Very refreshing on a hot summer day.
